Today was my second appointment with my primary care provider. We discussed my weight loss for the last month (I am choosing not to share my numbers as everyone is different) We discussed my goals and what i need to work on.

I am working on changing such things as giving up caffeine, cutting back on carbs, and trying to drink some protein shakes for breakfast as i currently do not eat breakfast so we discussed that protein shakes may be a good idea to begin with.

This was a quick and painless appointment and I’m now working towards my halfway mark next month.
