The past few days have been hard. While I have lost weight and am still doing well with it all I am human and I have my bad days. The last few have been those bad days.
Days when nothing seems to fit right. Days when you are uncomfortable in you’re own skin and days when no mattter how many people tell you that you are beautiful will you never believe them.
These days suck.
But they are also a huge reminder why I am here. Why I drive the hour after work to support group and why I am working so hard to to reach my goals.
I will have these shitty, bad days for the rest of my life but I have to push through them and work hard through them to get to those ever brighter days ahead.
Tonight’s support group is about Yoga. . BRING IT ON!
